I am having the delightful pleasure (no sarcasm here) of listening to the Rolling Stones live, right here in Ottawa. It has been the talk here for months, and the day is finally here. They are playing right now at Landsdowne Park, RIGHT ACROSS FROM US. OK, not right across, but across the canal and down a bit. 40,000 people screaming. They sound damn good tonight. I can here them crystal clear from here, even better from our back porch. People in the apartment building across the canal, have their porches lit up with lights and candles. Everyone is hanging out outside, by the canal, on their front lawns...Who would ever think that these streets would echo with the sounds of "Start Me Up" live, from the real deal?
