Lately at work everyone has been all into movies. Tuesday, when I got to work everyone was huddled around talking about the movie The Notebook. They were all gushing about how they cried and how their boyfriends and husbands even cried, everyone was all mushy. People really go crazy over that movie, Im one to talk though, everytime i see the previews I get all excited. come on the guy was hot. Then today everyone was talking about Hide and Seek. Jackie was the brave soul from our counter that ventered to see a horror flick, so me, Faith and Claudia insisted that she give us a play by play of the movie since we were most definately not going to see it. So we all huddled around Jackie and she told like a half hour long story of the movie. We were all so into it too. She seriously gave a play by play from the beginning scene. I have never heard anyone give such a detailed account of a movie, I really felt like I was there. When the twist ending occurred we all couldnt even speak, we all had that dull eyed look that people get when you come out of the theater at the end of a movie. I was like wow Jackie what a ride. I seriously feel like I watched the movie, shes a pretty darn good story teller.So then when I got home we continued the marathon by watching the Forgotten and some golf movie with the very hot jim caveizal. After today I really dont think that I could have a better job. By the way I have a praise report for our counter. I prayed for our counter and believed that we would meet our 16000 dollar presale goal but that we would go above and beyond in our sales and that people would recognize the hand of GOd so that it would be an opportunity to bring the Lord into everything. So far we met that goal, we have the highest increase over all the other estee lauder counters and we have been going over our daily goals ever since we hit our promotional. Our counter manager said today that "we are blessed" and that there is no other way. It all brought attention to the hand of God in all of this and that is awesome. It is amazing what the Lord will do if you only believe. My next orayer is "Lord send me a hot millionaire" um....jk. He doesnt have to be rich....but he does have to be hot....dont worry im just kidding again....i promise;) alright it is obviosly past little Rebekahs bedtime. nite.
