Q: How are things looking for you for next year?
A: My district is expected to RIF over 500 employees, so I'll probably be laid off, but my department chair says that no one in the district wants my job so I'll probably be okay. However, she could be wrong.
Q: Have discipline problems gotten worse or better?
A: Both. Some classes have gotten better, others have gotten worse. It's hard to tell because we just got a new batch of kids and between my 7 classes I have near 200 students.
Q: Are you getting some time to relax outside of school?
A: I am, not as much as I like, but I get to hang out with friends on the weekends.
