"Today has sucked..."
OH! I went home for Easter over this last weekend. And just as predicted it was a perfect time to go home, but then again when's not a good time to go home?? I love my family that's for sure. I think you definitely learn that when you don't spend time with them everyday. I think you take them for granted. Basically I camped out in front of the TV and studied all weekend, except on Friday nite. That was my only fun time. Went to Dukes down in Malibu for Kristi's 21st. SOO much fun to see all of the girls again, I still can't believe that we all keep in touch. I have to give mad props to Kris and Erika because it's because of their doing that we all still get together for the occasional dinner or whatnot. Much love to the girls. Dinner was awesome, the view from the restaurant is awesome. Just looks out STRAIGHT over the ocean, you feel like you on a boat or something because you don't even see the sand, just water. Got back from that (Kris was a little tipsy but I mean you HAVE to be for your 21st and all) and drove over to get Kathryn and we went to see "House of 1000 Corpses". Not scary like I expected, but extremely gory. It was outta control. You know it's bad when you physically can't look at what they are doing on the screen. Left the theater feeling sick and thinking that Rob Zombie has one fucked up mind to write a movie like that. I love hanging out with my sis. It really cool to chill with her because I don't even notice the 3 year age difference. I think after a certain age it just becomes insignificant.
Saturday as with Sunday afternoon, was all about studying. O Chem midterm on Monday, so the weekend wasn't all about fun. Still you can enjoy yourself while studying by watching loads of movies just like I did. Bring It On, Never Been Kissed, Can't Hardly Wait, Centerstage, Clear and Present Danger, 6 Days 7 Nights....etc etc. :-D
Went to church w/ my mommy on Easter Sunday. I am really glad I went. Followed by brunch w/ the other part of the family.. my dad, Deena, Rob, Kathryn, and Darienne (she's just like one of the family). Came back to school studied all nite, got in the morning and studied more. HAHA went and took the test and finished in like 25 minutes. I definitely got one of those "what the hell...no way is she done already" looks.
Tuesday...went...went to gymnastics and we did something new and therefore I am now in extreme pain since I can't move my neck in any shape or fashion. Stayed up till the wee hours doing my physics lab write up.
Needless to say I didn't go to my 8 am class today. Went to my other classes, went to my psych experiment ( that's a whole different ordeal), and then to lab. Oh how I hate lab...
Came back and slept...watched Sorority Life and some of Fraternity Life and then I was out for the last 3 hours...Still woke up in a bad mood...so I passed on the drinking festivities and I am gonna do some work later tonite I swear...
I just wanna get outta this funk! :-/
