Almost confirmed... update
Radiograph showed nothing abnormal in terms of bone spurs, arthritis, etc. Nothing that is likely causing the right shoulder pain, restricted range of motion, and diminished strength.
Doctor's office is trying to get preauth and an MRI scheduled for this week.
Shoulder's not usually in pain unless I'm trying to use it. But sometimes, even when supported and not trying to do a darn thing with it, I can feel (what are likely) impingement jabs. Moving position doesn't really alleviate it; just gotta wait for it to leave on its own.
