Nature study
On the way to brunch, saw the second Baltimore Oriole I've ever seen; saw a garter snake by the log out back (maybe two snakes; after one darted into the log, Henry spotted its head inching back out, tongue a-fluttering, head a-swaying), ate pea pods off the vine, and taking photos of goldfinches ("goldpinches" per Henry) on the feeder, en famille, whilst listening to birdcalls courtesy of Cornell's bird website.
