I'm going to be lazy with the discriptions...

Tuna salad and crackers
a bit of a brownie
2 diff kinds of canned beef stew
1/2 turkey sandwich
apple
scrambled eggs
marshmellows

diet pepsi
diet coke
bit of fruit smoothie
frappe
this instant coffee stuff
water and hot tea as always

Today I walked 5+ miles with Sarah, Elaine, and Jay at a track in Valdosta. I also went to the gym again with Sarah and Pam. I did 20 minutes on the tread mill at various speeds and inclines. It said I burned 216.4 caleries or so. I did .99 miles. I did a few other things.
