Customer Service Agent
Oxoid is a world-leading manufacturer of in-vitro diagnostic
products for microbiology. We are currently seeking a full-time
Customer Service Agent for our Ottawa office. Responsibilities
include processing orders, handling customer enquiries and
providing in-house sales support. Candidates must have a high
school diploma, be fluently bilingual (written/spoken,
French/English), be proficient in using Microsoft Suite and have
the ability and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate
has experience using SAP and has worked in a call centre
environment or with a multi line telephone system. Oxoid offers
