SPN: "In my heart is a ghost" (for hoodie-time challenge 6)
My first fill for hoodie_times "Challenge 6 : A Dean-focused h/c fic and art challenge"
The prompt was: "Something with Dean and alcohol. He could sit on a porch while Sam just comes out to check on him, but I'd really like to leave the composition up to you, artist." by anonymous
The prompt was actually rather freely interpretable but once I had read the idea with the porch etc I had some vague image in my mind and couldn´t draw just any scene involving booze but simply had to do something going in that direction ;)
The scene is set sometime in season 7 (after Bobby´s death) at some random abandoned house they´re using as a place to hole up at for a few nights or something...
The title comes from Dan Mangan´s song "Leeves, Trees, Forest" that became my constant companion while I was working on this and I thought it kinda fit... besides I couldn´t think of anything else ;)
I used coloured pencils, acrylics and water mixable oils for this piece and it took me a lot longer than planned... as always^^
While I was working on it, I liked it, now I´m already feeling unsure about it... so I have to post it before I start hating it and can´t get myself to show it at all ;P
