There are two apartments I'm completely in love with in NJ.
Both are beyond cheap.
One has a bedroom, AND a living room, AND a separate kitchen. Recently renovated so everything is clean and new and by the looks of it, roach free!!! For 975! I'm not going to find something like this again. Only 15 minutes to Manhattan from the Path train.
The other is a big studio with dark hardwood floors, minutes away from the train and city. It's renovated as well. For 725!
And they're really, really, really nice.

I really don't know what to do. Sell blood in return for living space?
