I'm concerned about my heart, it doesn't feel right, like its really irregular. I may have to get off those weight loss pills. My logic tells me that it could be from a combination of those and my tranqs that make me so wierd

If you really want to lose weight in the healthiest way possible, here is my personal recommendation as an avid Health and Fitness person: forget protein shakes, vitamins and hydroxycut.
> Protein shakes are for people who don't have access to normal food or are body-building. > Gatorade is good, but only AFTER or DURING an intense workout otherwise there's no point in drinking the fruity flavoured sugar water. > Vitamins are good but only if you ABSOLUTELY aren't getting iron, vitamin C D or E. These can be found in meat/meat subsitutes, fruit, natural sunlight and dairy milk/soy milk respectively - all can be obtained in a balanced eating and exercize regime.
---> Regime:
* CAPITALIZED areas are ridiculously obviously important.
Exercize first thing after your morning piss/shit. Any cardio such as running and cycling for at least 20 minutes will burn stored saturated fats (bad fat) in a fast and noticeable way. Aim for 40 minutes 5 times a week. ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD STRETCH AFTER MORNING EXERCIZE. Then, have a hearty breakfast of cereal and toast/pancakes/mashed taters/hash browns and pump your body with 2 glasses of WATER (1 if you already had one after the exercize) and 1 glass of ORANGE JUICE. Subsitute cereal or toast/pancakes with eggs/meat/meat substitute at least twice a week. For lunch, have a sandwich or two and optional carb snack with WATER. For dinner, have lots of veggies and meat/meat substitute with MILK/SOY MILK. Stretch before bed. If you are hungry in between, sip on a juice box or drink water. If you are hungry at night, do as before or have a bowl of cereal. <---
This works fucking brilliantly if you stick to it. I really suggest you try this for 2 months anna. If you do decide to try my recommendation I would like a 50pc sushi meal when you suddenly want to thank me ;)
I appreciate the advice. I've been thinking about working out in the mornings instead of the evenings, but have been undecided. Its been suggested in Flex (I'm not a body builder but a friend is) to work out twice a day.
I drink protein shakes because soy, unles highly fermented as in tempeh or miso is carcinogenic. For men, only brain damage and the growth or "man boobs" for woman, breast cancer, ovarian cancer as well as brain damage. As someone studying the brain, these things matter to me.
I drink gatorade because honestly, I know I need the electrolytes (sp?) because I've morbidly depressed and drinking too much. I am aware this is bad for my health. I'm sure that anyone at some point in their life has acted self destructively. This has happened to me recently, but I've still taken the time to stock up on gatorade.
Vitamins for me personally are nesscessarily because honestly, there are more things that I don't eat than things I do, as not only a vegan but someone who also doesn't eat base carbos or carrots, or anything else with beto carotine in it. I take several vitamins, D to help with depression (I'm photo sensitive)C because I don't eat enough oranges or peppers, amino acid pills to make up for the not eating any kinds of meat or dairy or soy at all. A because a high in protein diet can deplete vitamin a and since most of my diet is protein shakes then thats probably a good idea and and several others. I have a wierd diet, I take vitamins to try and stay healthy despite this. If you have more detailed advice, knowing more details about my diet I would love to hear it.
I find rice milk. rice cheese to be okay, and don't know of anything bad for ones health about them so I do consume these things occasionally.
SORRY if you're offended that on occasion I capatalize things, sometimes my vision is wierd and its hard to get the whole < i > thing proper.
I generally don't use the lavatory first thing in the morning. I'm aware that this is because I dehydrate myself and don't eat.
pretty much the only things that I consume that you've mentioned are occasional pineapple or oranges and of course water.
If I'm hungry I just remind myself that I need to be thinner.
Please don't insult me for this response.
I KNOW its stupid. I know its wrong, I know its unhealthy and I am trying to recover. I tried to even eat a cup of soup yesterday, or the day before, I can't really remember. It made me sick.
Okay, an admission. I'm trying to recover from anorexia. I'm not really sure how to. I'm trying, I've started with things like a little fruit and a little celery because it doesn't make me sick.
Judge me if you feel so inclined, but please, if you must insult me do so at annanave@hotmail.com and not in public. I just admitted a serious problem that I have and yes I am sensitive about it. So please, if you must be mean be nice enough to be mean in public, even missdemeanor does so. and she's a total gunt.
