500 Degrees is Hot!
So today I made myself this really yummy skillet pizza. Pesto, squash, mozzeralla, rocatta... mmm mmm good. When the pizza was done I took the skillet out with a mit and set it on my stovetop. But then I realized that burner was hot I didn't want my pizza to keep cooking. With my bare hand, I grabbed the skillet and moved it to another. I'm sooo dumb. My had hurts sooooo much. I went out and bought some burn cream. Here's a hint. Don't use burn cream unless you're ready for extreme pain. Argg. What a night. I'm supossed to go snowboarding tomorrow, but I don't know if my hand can handle the glove. Oh well
