I made it!!
So I've moved into my apartment in Boulder, CO. It is amazing!! There are 3 bedroom/bathrooms, a dining area w/ swede chairs. It is 2 stories and is on the top floor of the complex. We have a balcony and our windows face a pamoramic view of the mountains. I've meet 3 of my roomates (one to come in 2 weeks) and they are very nice. I think we will get along well.
Ben helped me drive out here. We stopped in Iowa City and a tiny town in Nebraska called Kearney. Iowa City was a really cute college town and Kearney was, well, small. It's claim to fame is the only monument that stretches a interstate highway.
Once in Boulder, Ben and I went for a hike up the mountain. We were a bit to adventurous and choose a hard trail that takes at least 1.5 hrs to complete. Lets just say the altitude and lack of atiquite water got the best of us. Luckily we got some ice cream on the way back to my place and then swam in my pool.
