A regular guest at the Motel wrote an email to D that sounds a lot like one he wrote two years ago about a different set of managers D found. He is not the sort to gossip or to make trouble. SO, we have to go up there and take it over AGAIN.

Instead of going to Britain, it's time to introduce Mom to some scruffy-looking nerf herders ... so she'll make good on her oft repeated whine -- not a threat, because she replaced courage with childish willfulness decades ago -- about learning the ropes of the business. Since she knows best how to use the income. Of course.
