People Who Don't Show Up

Today, a guy who is going to do some repairs at my house should have come and started doing his work. But he just didn't show up, and he also didn't call. I hate when people do that. I have to stay home to wait for someone who told me he was going to be there, and in the end something happens, he can't come and he doesn't even call to tell me what happened.

People should be more professional, that's all I'm saying.
