The Georgianas part 1
After waiting a long time after ordering shoes from American Duchess, me and some friends got our shoes. Unfortunately we had to pay extra taxes for the shoes :-(.
To our dissapointment all the shoes were too big and sending them back to US was not an option. Some of us sold the shoes to other ladies with bigger feet and other put a big insole in and they went ok!
Since I´m a size 11 (US size) I´m not used to have shoes that is too big so put a pair of big shiny white shoes on was... amusing. :-) I really need to dye this pair!
Here they are, after the first layer of dye.
It was also hard to try the shoes because the shoe buckles didn´t hold the shoe on place, sliding on the slippery satin. I needed to figure out something to fix that. Lucky me I´m a cobbler!
