Wow. Just wow.

The internal narrative is so spot-on, and the way you reflect the cinematography of the show is...well, flippin' rad.

Kudos to you.

So after saying it made me think of the story. So I reread it.

You think about how everyone is interconnected, and then you count sheep, and then you wonder if sheep are interconnected -- of course they are -- and then you count interconnected sheep, and you still can't sleep.
***
Constance narrows her eyes at you. She's really a very suspicious person, and you think about telling her that. But instead you eat another seed and smile at her, think how if you did a trust fall, you're seventy percent sure that Ted would catch you. Maybe even seventy-five.

Not bad.

Not only is it still marvelous and beautiful, but it's almost PSYCHIC in its understanding of Charlie and Ted's relationship and how much of it is about a trust built out of something no one else understands.

Dang, girl!

Oh man, thanks so much! Haha, not that I spend a huge amount of time thinking about Charlie and Ted and their relationship. Anymore.

Holy crap, dude.

First, I can't believe I never thought of Ted and Charlie being...whatever, in prison before, but that makes so much sense, I can't even.

And the awkward and the lingering fear of the coyotes at the door, and Charlie counting interconnected sheep (of course), and this was brilliant, and I am so glad you're writing fic for this show. WELL DONE, SIR.

Ahhhhh, your ICON. How does he manage to look so young and sort of innocent in THAT moment? Amazing. Also, PRETTY.

Ha, yeah, Ted as Charlie's prison wife is... well, I've probably watched too much Oz, is all. But still.

THANK YOU!

Oh man, that... that aches, the whole thing just aches wonderfully. I love seeing under the surface of his philosophy, seeing how all of his quotes and theories are just ways of defining a loneliness he can't quite put into words. And man, this: "If you reached out your hand, you could touch him right now, the solid familiar feel of his body. But your hand's bruised and in your pocket, and you're not doing that anymore anyway." That just breaks my brain with how subtly messed up their relationship is/might be.

Just awesome, all of it.

Oh man, thanks so much! I'm really glad the loneliness came through -- I feel like Charlie's incredibly deeply detached from people, understandably, which is why he has to think so much about people being connected to each other. Poor guy.
