My Birthday
So, the 25th was my birthday and it was a lot of fun. We did something different by going to somewhere else for dinner instead of the Japanese place that has become the main choice for our special-occasion dinners. After having been plagued with ads for Olive Garden, I wound up with a real hankering for Americanized Italian food and so asked if we could there instead. It wound up being very nice with lots of awesomely good food, wonderful service, and a very nice conversation with an older married couple who wound up being sat across from us. After dinner, we got dessert (I got two to take home) and of course I got sung to by the waitstaff thanks to Rowdy but it was funny. It was one of the best birthdays I had in a very long time.
