She announced to my husband that if I was going hiking on Sunday *SHE* was not going, and had already made other plans since I had been invited, thus forcing him to choose between having his wife there or having her there at future hikes and other gatherings. I'm thinking of a play/movie and a line from it that I love called "The Women": "there's a word for women like you, only it's not much used outside a kennel."
