favorite quote from the exam proctitioner this morning "well miss i've never seen this kind of ID card, you must be new, I'm not sure which of these numbers you should put down. how bout this one because it doesn't have a letter...good luck!"
i also hate non trained pratitioners b/c everyone else is on strike. o and the strike i hate that too.
