(no subject)
I'm sitting at joseph's being a big lazy face while he moves EVERYTHING in his room, again, researching whether salmon is oily or not. Really, I am riveted. However it's been a lovely day, doing nothing much but enjoying what were doing. I made my spanish omelet, again, but this time with sweet potato and normal potato and OMG it was heavenly. pure genius i tell you.
Last ngiht we had a picnic at the nature reserve and then lit a buddy burner (never heard of it before, its a tin can filled with cardboard and wax, like a giant candle, and keeps everything deliciously warm.) and had a generally enjoyable time. I like picnics :) Things are good over the next few weeks, seeing you four, then tom, chris and nikkita on saturday, jemma the following thursday, seeing the boy a bit every weekend and dad and leah get home tomorrow. so that will be interesting. for the most part its been very nice being home alone with mum - weve done lots of things together. however she does tend to bitch and be very nasty about everything thats happened which frankly, i just dont want to hear any more because it annoys me that she sees herself as totally blameless and expects everything to be handed to her. which makes her angry when i dont immediately take her side. Thats been very frustrating.
I'm looking forward to getting out in the sun tomorrow, i have been quite shut up all week due to room tidying and various other things. I would love to go away again but ufortunately i just cant see that happening any time soon. at least not before christmas. sigh.
