'cause everyone's your friend....
So. I am in New York, New York.
I am staying at the Chelsea International Hostel, which is quite sufficient.
And, while it would be cheaper by $30/night to stay with my friend Megan,
it would be way out of the way, up north of Harlem. So, staying in Chelsea.
It's conveniently near to FIT, the Fashion Institute of Technology,
where the OrigamiUSA convention is, but less convenient for getting to
Trinity on Wall Street and to the Gugenheim, both of which are awesome.
Had dinner with origami people yesterday, after spending the day volunteering.
Walked to the Casablanca Tea Room last night--also awesome.
Have been feeling some culture shock.
And I totally need to move back to Boston eventually
and come back to visit New York.
No word yet from Symantec.
