I guess it's time to post about my real life now:
First, let me talk about my dad. I love him so much, but I wish he hadn't learned how to text message. I get them at all hours of the night because he works weird hours at work (like 8:00 pm-2:30 am). Yesterday since my sound was off, I checked when I woke up and had a very through quote from Clueless. The one where Murray tells Cher that Christian is gay. That whole quote. This morning he gave me his itinerary.
Here in Ohio, our governor, who I voted for is doing massive budget cuts. My friends partner lost her job effective immediately, with no kind of severance package. My job is not in immediate danger, but they are constantly cutting the funding for community mental health, and if it gets really bad, my job is gone. It not only sucks for me, but for the clients. I don't understand why they would cut the funding for mental health. We're getting more and more clients every day.
Work was really busy yesterday. One of my coworkers was out with shingles and I had to cover her clients. With that on top of my paperwork, I bareley got anything done. I had to take shortened lunches, and come to work earlier just to feel like I had done something. It's a crazy field but I love it.
Yesterday I finally got to do some shopping. I went to Sam's Club and stocked up. I got myself a treat from Target: Baby Mama on DVD. I love that movie.
Now I'm waiting for Insight to come for a 4th time to fix my DVR. My brother is having people come over for the OSU/USC game. That means I will be in my room until they leave. I hate my brothers friends.
Alright kids, I hope you guys have an awesome weekend. I'll check in soon.
xoxo
