Why am I posting a dream interpretation of a locker? For the past few months, I have been having a recurring dream that I am at one of my old high school lockers and I cannot remember the combination. Well last night (probably the 4th dream), I finally opened the locker and everything that was supposed to be in it was gone. I know it means something, and while it's good that this dream dictionary gave me something to work with, it's still bugging me. And let me tell you, don't tell a therapist about any recurring dreams. They find any reason to analyze you.
I just got a harsh reality that what I want to do in life will not pay the bills. I know thats not why I should want to get into something, but shouldn't that be a big part of it? Going to school all this time only to have someone tell me I will still struggle is not what I want to hear. I'm wondering if that's what this dream means. I don't know... I wanted to get my masters in social work and work as a child therapist. It's something that I think I would be really awesome at, but apparently the most I would make is $30,000-$50,000 a year. It'll most likey change when I'm done with all my schooling, but it's still discouraging. Why go to school when I be the office manager of a company and make loads more? I hate the real world.
