Togainu no Chi ANIME??
According to friend of mine,
during the Tokyo Anime Fair at the end of this month, we'll be able to view a short clip of the anime (as announced on the Nitro+ website, though they didn't name the title):

(Let's just hope this isn't some April's Fools joke from Chiral. Fellow fujoshi and fudanshi in Japan friends of mine aren't entirely sure of this yet either, but let's hope for the best!)
EDIT (msn log of me explaining the current situation):

*the Japanese side anyway
*one pointed out that Nitro+ usually uses GONZO studios for their anime, but it's not so this time so it's a bit suspicious
*but it's Chiral and BL so maybe it's different?
*and usually they'd use .com rather than .tv for a studio feel
*but .tv would mean it'll be screened on television
*so all we have to do is wait *sigh*
*though one debated that Togainu anime possibility was brought up in Aniplex
*also, I hope they don't change the seiyuu cast ><
*oh but tmr's Chiral party! There's a chance it may be announced there (speculated anyway)
