CF09: Comic Fiesta Report
I'm late but at least I have the report up XD Due to technical difficulties *toomanypics*, the posts are split into two, the report itself and the loot post 8D
LOOT POST HERE
Pre-CF stuff
We arrived in KL at around 9.30am, and our friend picked us up from the airport. To thank her for taking her time to send us to Sunway, my mum treated her (and us XD) to lunch at Pappa Rich
The food was delicious as usual♪
Red bean drink and soya cincau drink :9
Curry! As an avid fan of curry, though a lot of people seem to love this, it didn't really move my tastebuds for some reason :S
Fried fishcake thingy which I didn't eat
My delicious spicy char kueh tiaw♪
Mum's noodles :9
Kaya butter toast. I still prefer mine on a thick slice of toasted bread :9
Pumpkin kueh. This was interesting and yummy :9 Sis went crazy over it since she loves pumpkin

Anyway, was supposed to meet up with kitmun (kidchan) at around 2pm, but she was still busy masochisting and time-attacking, so I met up with strobolights (Joe) and the Thai bunch, Opormore, Miist, Pandabaka, and it was a nice meeting! The Thais were all so friendly, I'm really glad to know you guys! ;A;
Later after the Thai bunch went back to their hotel, Joe and I waited for kidchan at Zen.

Later at around 6something pm (XD) we went to the print store to meet up with kidchan and Terra. It was nice meeting you Terra! You were like the big sister to me (though you kept calling my sis Kakak hahaha I loved that! XD) and I felt very comfortable with you <3

Also, we kinda lolled at pics of these eggs my sis cooked, and they suggested that we sell these next year XDDD

No, it's EGG!! LOLOLOLOL I already told them how to make it, but those who are interested on how to make them just ask me (very easy!)
After being shooed out at 7pm something, we went to pick up Zeiva at the airport (another awesome person I met this trip! Thank you for being so nice and funny and entertaining! And I hope you're getting enough rest now >_<), went for dinner then went to the convention center to kaypoh (busybody) a bit XD Finally got to meet mistressnaoko in person and YOU'RE SO CUTE AHHHHHHH!!!! And so lovable and sweet and full of hugs ahhhh <3
Went back to print store at around 12am and everyone maso-ed some more until late (or early morning) then I went back to the hotel while everyone went back to kidchan's house to cut some stuff (omg I felt so bad that I couldn't help out there! >_<). I learnt a lot from this, thank you so much for taking me there!
Comic Fiesta 2009:
The con itself was... wow... Sales for cookies went really well (sold out in 1st hour, I wish I could've made more *sobs* THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT, EVERYONE!!!! I couldn't have done anything without any of you!) and the first visitor I got was someone who came up and squeed at me "Are you the Annachuu who's translating sweet pool!?!". AHHHHHHHHHH I didn't know how to react but <3333333333333
Also got to see priestnobaka again SQUEEEEEE!!!!! *tackle glomps*
Also met xxxmirai and maa_chan for the first time there, and I hope I can see you guys again! I wish I could've talked to you guys more though ;A; So sorry guys! >_<

After the end of the first con, we (being kidchan, Joe, Terra, Zeiva, the Thai bunch and the Singaporean bunch (Manda, alexiussana, Makoto, and the rest (sorry couldn't catch others' names! OTL) went for steamboat :9 It was lovely to be able to see you two again, Manda and Sana, and it's awesome to finally be able to meet you Makoto! You were so adorable nodding off at the table ;w;
And on the second day:

Got to see my rawkin' d00d KAzuri!!!! DOOD I MISSED YOU!!! WISH WE COULD'VE TALKED MORE BUT AT LEAST THERE'S JANUARY *SOBS*
For lunch, sis dragged me to have passsstaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa♪
There's a branch in Singapore called Pasta de Waraku. Well, more like this is Singapore's branch XD
Even the base of the plant is pasta XD
Sis had sukiyaki pasta while I had...

Moving back to the con:
SJIDYOASDYB(E&*W(E&( Viduata as Chibitalia and Kiramishi as Chibi Romano!!!! kidchan and I literally SCREAMED when we saw them and beckoned them to come over in the most pedobear way OTL I'm so glad that we get to stay in touch, and the fact that one of them (not telling XD) is studying in the same city as I am
I gave them a Germany and Italy cookie because 1. they were so cute and sweet ;A; 2. they gave us sweets and flowers ;A; and 3. they were calling me pretty girl LOLOLOLOLOL I'm sorry, flattery does get to me when done right and they were doing it right OTL

Reborn! And Urahara Kiisuke! It was Reborn's first con and cosplay, and his suit had "Hitman for hire" in his front pocket, and Leon sewed onto the hat ;w; Urahara just happened to "look to plain" according to his boss, so his boss gave him those to wear XD
Ultrawoman OAO I hear she was at the Para Para Machine XD
Priest as Spain-ni-chan!!!! *tackle glomps* And her friends as France (that is one awesome France wig), Prussia (ore-sama!) and Austria (o-bakasan)!
Our fujoshi sentai may_billy, gerai_neon, shirochan, priestnobaka and I, went to have dinner later! I'm so sorry I didn't have much appetite guys OTL Didn't eat much later either OTL P.S. welcome rueki to the sentai! And it was nice meeting you! I'm so honored and flattered that you know me though sweet_pool ;w;

Sebastian cookie I gave for the Secret Santa! Turns out it reached the hands of a girl, not a guy as we thought XD It crumbled into pieces on their way home though, which makes me sad because it survived a flight for this ;w;
I bought a lot of stuff during the con, as well as received lots of gifts from artists (THANK YOU SO MUCH ALL OF YOU ;A;), you can see them at the loot post :3
P.S. Shiro bought the most amazing badges at the con XD
YA-YARANAIKA!?!?!? Jumpsuit and all OTL
Real vampires don't sparkle! XDDD The amount of anti-Twilight sentiments there were just too epic XD
The same bunch had dinner at this Chinese restaurant and kidchan paid for all of our meals!!! UWAAHHHHH THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN DEAR YOU ARE SO SO GENEROUS AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVEN'T DONE OR GIVEN YOU ENOUGH BACK IN RETURN ;A; She, Joe, Terra, Zeiva and I went for karaoke later, though some of us were too tired to sing XDDD Again, thanks for the wonderful time you three ;A;
The next day, we went to Fullhouse and the ambiance was lovely and sis and I loved the clothes they sold there! They were the "natural" style of clothes and the prices were so reasonable OAO The food was pretty good too, only drawback was that the male staff seemed very forgetful OTL Talked A LOT and this time we were joined by the God-like kouchan <33333 (whose order of fish they kept forgetting/delaying OTL) P.S. gunfair, you were missed ;A;

We went to Zen after that, sketched a bit then went our ways. I had a lot of fun and I miss all of you guys and thank you so much again for the wonderful time. Being in the presence of so many wonderful artists inspired me to draw again, but nothing beats the gaining of new friendships, and the deepening of older ones <3333333<
