being 30

A week ago I turned 30. I had a great time celebrating the first major milestone of my life (18 = freedom but you’re too young to think of it in terms of milestones) and I was neither looking forward to it nor approaching it with fear. Hmm, I never really paid attention to age much... But some of my friends count there years by the day. It's all about how you feel I guess *shrugs*

No, don't get me wrong I am happy and where I want to be. This sense of unease is vaguely disarming though.

I hear people say that all the time "You have your whole life ahead of you" but doesn't everyone in some sense. I mean I've seen so many people work hard and not make it to where they want to be until they were in there prime. I'm just randomly babbling about this I guess, life is so tricky attimes I guess.

I meant that comment about 'having your whole life ahead of you' ironically. I was parodying an old person by saying it...

Life's always hard but also great - that applies to any age.
