Facing Fate

Well... there's optimism for you. Some nice insight, though. I hope (despite the next, rather vague, entry) it does inspire you (as your mood claims). I hope you can rise above your disappointment and let your true self shine.

Mostly, I hope that whatever path you take, you find happiness along the way.

Thank you for commenting!

This piece was a strange one - it began with the first couple of lines, as a quote that randomly came to me, and then I felt like expanding it. My thoughts drove me to this, which is not really my POV on fate etc., but it seemed to work. What is true, though, is that I sometimes (often?) fear the "failure" part will come true.

Thanks for the good wishes. I hope you'll find all that's best in your life as well :)

Hugs,
Anna :)

Huh, what is it about?
Is it something that really happened, or just an imagined entry?
"failure is in the eye of the beholder" - so true.
I used to be a perfectionist, and probably still am. How we will feel afterwards depends just on how realistic our goals are :)

It's... both. It's a piece of original writing, but stemming from thoughts I've had occasionally. They're not my outlook at fate and life, but sometimes, when you're contemplating life, various thoughts occur to you.
