Today should be a normal typical Monday. Class at 9am, meeting at 10:30, lunch, work, home. Woot!
Started my nephew Sam's Christmas Sweater. I'm doing "Parka" from Debbie Bliss's Quick Baby Knits. In red/burgundy because that way he'll match Grandpa (who's getting a red vest for Christmas this year). I'm hoping Sam's sweater will go quickly as I'm worried that the sweater I knit for Alex won't fit her and I'm going to be knitting another one... hopefully. I have too much knitting to do before Christmas.

Voting Tomorrow - gotta remember to get up at the ass-crack of dawn to go over to Cullen to vote. I want to be there just after 6am so hopefully I'll have some time at home before I have to leave for work. One good thing about living in the middle of nowhere? Lines are not long at the polls (usually - I'm knocking on wood to be sure I haven't cursed myself).
I FINALLY got paid for the work I did catering in mid-October. Finally. Ridiculously good pay as well, which is why I as jonesing for it. That will mean a trip to the bank this afternoon. Woot.
Since I called out of JCrew yesterday I have to figure out how to get my paycheck. They sent a memo about 3 months ago but I don't remember now and god knows I didn't keep the thing. Too much paper.
And now I should do some actual work. What a crazy idea!
