House
So I'm selling my duplex. I'm buying a new house in Oak Point/Aubrey. It's beautiful. Brand new, not even built yet. 1,900 sq. feet, bay window, formal dining room, bug backyard, and an awesome community for Gillien to grow up. A lot of my friends are moving out there to raise there families. It has a little water park type thing for Gillien, a school opening in 2 years, 8 miles of jogging trails and horse trails. It's awesome. I paid more so I could get a corner lot as well. The kitchen is huge, once I save up the money to fully furnish the house and get my dining room set I'm hoping to host some family holidays. Although my family is being weird lately. Dannys coming back. Everyones being negative and hateful. It's retarded, everyone talks about everyone else behind their back. Who knows what they think of me, the unmarried, young mother. Oh well what can u do? But I'm excited, it is more expensive but it's a great investment the porperty values are going up quickly.
