Woah, I have a livejournal... O_o
Lets update!
Ryan Don and I moved into our apartment this week...Ryan and I last Monday and Don today. We have a new roomate!! Dean, who is awesomely awesome, will be back from NJ this week...and then the house will officially be complete! Yes, that means Eric moved out, with this girl he met over WoW-- they live nearby. He left most of his shit in our house though...which I am NOT happy about...its going on the curb VERY soon, because we can't do anything in our kitchen because of it. Not to mention, we can't call our landlord to come fix our stove until Eric's shit is OUT of the way...>.>
So, everyone is going back to school pretty much tomorrow or Wednesday...I'm feeling kind of upset and left out about it, but well, I can't do much about it. My brother is starting Jr. High tomorrow...yeah, 7th grade. I feel old.
Nice to know that I'm pretty positive that I've got a job already...working for UPS. Mostly computer stuff. 10 hours a week...2 hours M-F 8pm-10pm. FULL benefits, which is what appealed to me the most. And I don't have to walk there or take the T...Dave works there too, he'll pick me up every night on his way in. So I'll make about $100 or so a week- which will be enough for me to make rent. Also, it leaves me open during the day to pick up odd jobs if I need to. I may talk to Ryan's uncle about being a "backup" person when he needs the extra help. Which would give me an extra $100 every once in a while.
Been trying to get my life back in order...starting to tighten up my control with my diabetes, finally. Once I have that health insurance, I'm going to look into the Joslin Diabetes Center...one of the best places in the country for diabetes management. And I definitley need it.
One down side to that UPS job is that I pretty much have to hang my WoW raiding life up on the shelf. Which sucks, because I'm an officer of my raiding group. I've been having a BLAST raiding with them. Perhaps things will be moved to the weekends a bit more now that everyone is back at school...
So I'm guild leader of Infection now. For now, at least, until Dart decides to take it back. Things have been going well, and since I have become leader, a LOT of good things have happened to the guild. I'm proud of them. And I'm also kinda proud of myself for being able to take control like that, like I used to.
