Down a Pint
Yup, I just came back from giving blood. How cool is that? It's so easy and so necessary and there are fewer and fewer people eligible to donate. Stipulations and criterias are through the roof! I'm glad I haven't been exposed to SARS in the last 6 months or I would not have been allowed to roll up my sleeves.
