Just a quick hello to everyone, especially since I acquired some new friends in the latest friending meme. *waves*
First of all...WHAT THE FUCK MOTHER NATURE??? We got another foot and a half of snow this week. Yeah, alright, fine, I know I live in the northeast, whatever. But we never get this much snow here in the city; it feels like it's been snowing every week. Usually we get dumped on by a couple big storms and that's it. And we are supposed to be getting another storm next week. Again, I repeat: WHAT THE FUCK?!
On to happier things:
-I am in a very warm, lovely, Merlin-y place today. SyFy has been airing S1 episodes and they make me feel all warm and fuzzy. I totally remember why I fell in <3 with these boys (though I still kind of want to punch Arthur in the face...but I'll reconsider if he brings back his S1 hair).
-speaking of warm and fuzzy, So This Is Christmas has now been britpicked by the lovely hanelissar. So if you are in the mood for fluff, go read it (this is the only space I will ever self-promote so shamelessly)! I've decided against posting it to any communities, as it's almost February and it's a holiday story. Maybe next Christmas!
-I have finally resigned myself to going to London in March to see Colin's play--and by "resigned" I mean I have finally stopped pretending that not going was even an option. Other possible destinations include Glastonbury, Bath, Cardiff, perhaps even Brussels...STAY TUNED.
That's about it for now...I have Being Human S3 squee, but I will save that for another day. Suffice it to say for now....OMG ANNIE/MITCHELL PLZ!!! I need some BH icons...any recs for communities or the like?
