My own elderly relatives are sensible people; I do not worry about them.
Other people's might not be, or might be living in places where people are still, astonishingly, not taking this pandemic seriously. I omit of course people who are too poor in space, time or money to be able to practice distancing, which is a separate problem.

He knows what medical care is like where they live. He stays at home now.
