Grrrrrrrr I'm getting a tad sick of my brain. Went to a psychiatrist yesterday for the second visit. Changed my meds but I ain't starting them for two weeks while I have a break from pills altogether. All in all a good visit. Think I have figured out a few things about why I am the way I am. Amazingly I can officially blame my parents. Just kidding!!
Anyone got ideas about how to help out with anxiety and stress in more holistic ways? Has anyway ever been to a kinesiologist? Are they any good? Mum desperately wants me to go to transcendental meditation. I don't know. Raif has been there and done that and insists it's a load of hooey. But mum says it has worked miracles. Sigh.
