Anyway--YES! With viel Dank to meine Mutti, my cosplay is complete! Seriously, that woman knows her way around a sewing needle and thread like you would not believe.
(Actually, the gloves we're still iffy on. Heh, funny thing, we're gonna go with Roy's (from Fullmetal Alchemist) gloves, because those are the only white gloves we've got. Even though they have the transmutation circles on top in BRIGHT RED. xD)

Now I can proudly wear my outfit at Sogen Con in... ten days! Wee!
I know last year I said yes, I would put up pics (never happened, for our scanner ist kaput), but this year I will... hopefully. I'll try and remember to grab the digital camera this time. If not, I will filch someone else's scanner. Or something.
Oh, speaking of filching, the sixth Harry Potter movie. Even though I'm a couple weeks slow in saying so, DAMN. I was actually pretty happy with it. Ron was funny (because, come on, he's comic relief), Hermione was HAH IN YUR FACE RON, and such. Lavender and Romilda scared me though. Especially Lavender. They got the perfect girl for her. O_o
BUT DAMN. Slughorn was not fat enough. I had the image of him from the illustrations in the book, and frick, HE WAS NOT FAT ENOUGH. Not hardly fat at all! Geh! D: It pissed me off.
And although a lot of it wasn't in the book, I liked all the Ginny additions. Well, not all, but I liked most of them.
AND HOMG THE TWINS SHOP LOOKED AWESOME. Make if for real, people. Please? I will be your best customer, no lie.
