Observations over sunset

The fires have died down... I think it might actually be a dark night tonight. *sigh* What is going on... why is all this happening? It's nice that it returned me to life, but if it means that all this destruction and chaos continues unabated... perhaps it would be better if I wasn't ( Read more... )

Things are being destroyed every day. Towns, cities, lives... sometimes things are irreparable in their ruin.

But then there are the rare, shining occasions of rebirth that overshadow any pervasion or darkness; these are the moments where legends are made, where heroes are born, where lives are rebuilt.

I suppose we shall have to look forward to those moments if we are to keep our hope alive, hm? *smiles at her*

...I suppose you're right... and I really should be positive. Things are calming down... a little bit, anyway. Perhaps the moments of rebirth will come shortly.
