The 10 Songs Meme
1. Pick a character, pairing, or fandom you like.
2. Turn on your music player and put it on random/shuffle.
3. Write a drabble related to each song that plays. You only have the time frame of the song to finish the drabble; you start when the song starts, and stop when it's over. No lingering afterwards!

the sight in front of him terrified him
'no it cant be' was the only thought running through his head.
he couldnt move, the taller man shocked.
once he gained conciousness he turned and ran as fast as his little legs can carry him.
the other following close behind.
once he was outside he thought he was free. but when he turned he saw him running.
he ran once more but stopped when he heard a thud.
Ruki caught sight of him, but what gained his attention more was the driver coming at them.
Reita was oblivious to the fact that this driver was chugging down the last of his beer so Ruki ran.
He pushed Reita out of the way and everything went black.

Being the independent person he is, Ruki decided to tackle a Globe shaped puzzle by himself. he knew the task was difficult but he didnt care.
after a while Ruki began having trouble.
"hey Ru, need any help?" reita asked.
"No! i can do it myself!" he snapped back
"eesh fine ill be with Uru if you need me"
Ruki scoffed, he didnt need help from him nor anyone else. he was perfectly fine all by himself.
Just as he was about to put the final few pieces of the puzzle together, his phone rang.
and because he was so concentrated, he jumped making every piece of the puzzle fall over.
he screamed and cried but none of that would put his puzzle back together, hours of his life wasted.
he felt a hand rest on his shoulder, he looked up and Reita was looking at him, trying to calm him down.
Reita took a seat in front of Ruki and started helping Ruki with his puzzle, but got stopped
"i can do it myself!" he screamed
"fine waste another few hours of your life" Reita slowly walked away, trying to hide a smirk that was growing on his face.
"ok ok, i need you"

Ruki left without a word. and again Reitas heart was crushed. Just a few days ago, they got back together, for the 10th time. he just shrugged it off and walked away.
-1 week later-
"Rei-chan im sorry, I want you back, I never knew--"
"you never knew you needed me so much blah blah, yes Ru i heard the same thing over and over and im sorry, i cant play your games anymore."
Reita walked away, it felt good having the tables turn. the smile grew but something inside of him was regretting it.

"ReiRei-chan where are we going? my mommy's gonna be mad at me!"

they reached the top of a hill and sat down. the night sky was as beautiful as ever, every star was shining bright, but disappeared as fireworks covered the sky.
Ruki's eyes grew wide at the magnificent sight.
Reita looked down at his friend and kissed his cheek.
"Happy Birthday Ru-chan!"

Reita came home to a wonderful sight, there stood his lover in high gogo boots, a mini skirt, and a shirt that went so tight around the smaller man that it made breathing look difficult. As Reita closed the door, Ruki went up to him and guided Reitas hands all over his body, and to make things worse, he started moaning. Reita couldnt take the heat, he carried the smaller man to the room and slammed the door shut.

Ruki just stood there, the tears threatening to fall

Ruki couldnt talk, nor think of anything to say, his mind fell dead, his body feel dead, he just stood there. the dead roses next to him had more life than he did. Reita turned and walked out of the door, when he heard the click, he fell to the floor, the tears finally fell and he wanted to die.

Ruki walked the halls of his soon to be former Junior High.
Girls were running everywhere collecting buttons of their crushes.
He ran into a mob of girls who seem to be surrounding a guy.
Ruki then figures out the guy is his long time crush Reita.
He sighs then turns to walk towards the entrance.
As he walks through the door he felt someone's hand bump into his, but when he turned the person was running away.
Ruki looked down at his hands and to his surprise he sees a note and a button.
He opened the small paper and read:
'Ruki, Because I've always loved you so dearly, i want you to be the only one to have my button.'
and the signature at the bottom made his heart flutter.
'Love Reita [Suzuki Akira]'

Ruki screamed, holking the note left behind by the only person he had left in his life.
His mother had just commited suicide.
all he had left to remember his mother by was the not she left him, explaining the reasons for her actions and the necklace she wore. everything else disappeared.
A figure ran through the door after he heard the cry of his best friend.
He grabbed Ruki and hugged him while he cried, his own tears wanting to fall. He didnt let them fall due to the fact that he wanted to be strong in front of the weaker boy.
"I dont understand Rei! why did she leave me alone with no one else to be with me?"
"Im sure she had a reason Ru--"
"NO! she left me alone! you know! whose going to be there for me at my darkest hour? whose going to hold me till my tears disappear!? Rei shes gone and i have no one left"
Reita tightened his grip on Ruki.
"No Ru, you got it all wrong. You have me"

"Ruki! goodness i got a hold of you, Reita! hes been in an accident--"
Ruki dropped the phone, he couldnt believe it, he got his coat and keys and asked Kai where he was.
He ran, he ran as fast as he could and once he reached his destination, he pushed till he caught sight of the crying drummer. and that face told the whole story but he couldnt help but want to know the details.
"Ruki, it was a drunk driver, Reita phoned me before the accident, and I heard a crash, i got worried so i ran, and i saw him on the floor, blood everywhere, Ruki im so sorry"
Ruki dropped to his knees, he couldnt believe it, his lover of 5 years, of all people why him?!
he ran to the ambulance demanding to get in and see his lover, they let him in and the sight inside was horrifying. He couldnt take it, he ran away, he didnt know where but he did.
He couldnt take the pain.
