I just finished my twenty minutes of cardio on Wii Fit, and I'm going to do a Tae Bo video later on this evening. I really want to stick to my new routine. So far today I've had a low carb Monster Energy Drink - it has forty calories and it comes in a huge can - a hamburger, a small fry, lemonade, and Kool-Aid. I'm not doing much worse than I did yesterday.
