So, I have three mountains of paperwork and discoveries to organize at the Kallis law firm, and I still have to figure out the magazine payroll thing. Classes resume on Wednesday, but I've decided to only take 15 units. I need to interview Victor Vu and write a 1500 word article. I've got to help Kenneth and Bruce with the biographies, but that shouldn't be too difficult. Nevertheless, this weekend is my first vacation for the year 2007 and by George I'm going to enjoy the hell out of it. I'm back in San Francisco, and it smells so right to be home again.
Friday : Today I'm going to spend time with my Mom and sister. Silly pictures are plentiful in these circumstances. Picture me in a hot pink gel spa mask with silver heart and star glitters floating in the gel. I was in my pink and white kimono and grey sweat pants. Hotness? You know it. A haircut, maincures, and pedicures are in order. It's also Jocie's birthday, so if she comes into the city we'll go somewhere for dinner. I don't know where yet, but it'll be good. She's a hardcore foodie.
Saturday : Saturday mornings are still reserved for cartoon. I need to finish reading my book, and have to take care of business stuff. I just booked Vanessa's free tomorrow afternoon. Shopping at H & M is the plan. Come evening time.. je ne sais pas. Perhaps, I'll be spending it with Mr. Vu. Sigh..only if his ife is as lame as mine. Doubt it.
Sunday : Morning..If at all possible, I'll be writing at a coffee shop. If not it might turn out to be park time with Matt and my dog Sushi. The afternoon will be the day I have waited for for a month. Dad will go with me to IKEA. YAY.. finally we will have a sofa. It will be lovely. Sunday evening I'll be back in my cave hibernating for the next long stretch. Hopefully my roomate will have returned from LA. She's always good for some wholesome conversation.
The next day off will be Lunar New Year. Sigh.. a whole month away. Blah.. Lydia says next time she comes home from Miami we're going to LA to see Steve Bryne. Yay!!! She'll have finished her Masters in Bio-Meds by then. There's definitely going to be reason to celebrate. Yay!!! She'll be there with Rob, and I'll be the third wheel. Not so yay.
