I don't think anyone reads this anymore....

So it's been a very long time since i've posted a journal. Sad to say but i'm a major myspace whore and can't find time to manage this thing as well.

Life is good. God has done some amazing things this past year. Finished my first year of college, i have some amazing people in my life, and I'm standing up for what I believe in.
I've grown a lot. I'm so satisfied with who I am. I've never been this comfortable with myself... ever. George and I are still together and we are going strong. I'm blessed to have such an amazing boyfriend and to have such an amazing relationship. He is so supportive of everything that I do and he is not afraid to tell me when i'm out of line or wrong. He has helped me grow more than I can imagine. I also have the best friend a girl could ask for. Ms. Mackenzie Keel is my number 1. I don't know where I would be without her friendship. She is also the best roommate ever. (i've had some really horrible ones) It's so important to have that one really good girlfriend. The two of them make up my core and i would be devastated to lose either. Other than them God has placed an amazing social life for me. I'm surrounded by so many great people, a lot of strong believers. I've also had a lot of good times too! Of course i'm still obsessed with music. It's my life.

Work is amazing!! I love American Eagle. I love the company. I love everyone I work with. It's like my second home with is nice. In high school you knew everyone, everything was familiar and you were comfortable (at least in my high school). In college it's not like that at all so it's nice to have American Eagle and to be so comfortable there and it's DRAMA FREE. I just love going to work and being good at my job. I've met some amazing people through AE and it's such a great company.

I think the biggest thing going on in my life right now is Invisible Children. It's an amazing documentary and an incredible movement. It's about the war in Sudan and the children who have to night commute to Northern Uganda. God has really called me heart to it. I know that it's what i'm suppose to be doing now and that mission work in Africa is what my life is going to be later. I can't wait. God has some great things in store for me and i'm sooo excited! We are actually organizing a screening on July 20th at Abundant Life Church at 7pm here in Greenville. Invisible Children is sending us Merch to sell and we are having a huge bake sale. Also one of my best friend Dawn is coming from VA Beach and i'm super excited that she gets to see the dvd and that I get to see her!!! If you read this please come. If you have any questions let me or Mackenzie know. I doubt people even read this. But if you do you're def. invited and bring everyone you know.

Well, I guess that covers it all. God has been amazing. I love my George, I love my Mackenzie, I love my job, school, everything i'm involved in. Remember there are strength in numbers. We are the youth and we have a lot more influence than you know. Make a difference. We really can change the world. If you believe in something than it's important and it should be heard. Take a stand and make it happen. It's possible. All things are possible through God.

Help END A WAR!! Be a part of something bigger than yourself. Check out www.invisiblechildren.com learn more about the problem at www.amnestyusa.org.
