So when I updated a couple days ago Carrie Fisher was still alive. Given the circumstances of her massive heart attack on board the plane, I guess I should have known her chances of survival were not at all good. Still, I hoped for better news, and it's heartbreaking. :(

Everything Matters Related to books, it appears Richard Adams, the author of Watership Down, died yesterday too. He was 96, so a good long life. But it adds to the increasingly long tally of 2016's celeb/icon deaths. It's as if the Grim Reaper was trying to win a prize this year.
