Speaking of Dexter, I have to admit that I totally didn't see it coming where Miguel would turn on Dexter so fast and so potentially fatally. I knew Dexter would get to the point where he realized he had to kill Miguel despite the problems associated with that maneuver; but for Miguel to get there first and set up Dexter as the "victim" instead was an unexpected twist.
