The brief message I left for both is as follows:
This money is intended as a memorial donation in honor of my mother Rosemary Mullen who died tragically on July 29th, 2008. It is the result of much collective contribution and effort to produce a memorial charity auction in her name and raised with the generosity of the fans and creators of Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab perfumes. My mother was a sweet, kind and very creative woman whose presence on this earth was a gift to all who knew her. We are very sorry for her loss but hope that this fund can contribute to your worthwhile organization and reach out to those in need. Thank you so much for your efforts.

Because I seem to be trailing disaster behind me like the wake of the Titanic...I apparently put my paypal credit card in a "very safe" place. Grrrr!
I am sweeping through the house for the upteenth time before giving it up and transferring to my bank account to write checks/use my debit credit card, something I really REALLY wanted to avoid doing for several reasons.
a. Takes too long.
b. Charity money should not mix with my money.
That's just me. If I can't possibly avoid it I will.

Not a BPAL. This is a scraping of some patchouli single note I'd been keeping for *at least* fifteen years, probably closer to 18. Essentially a small sample of extremely aged patchouli tar scraped into a ml vial. The patchouli...it's in perfect, unbearably beautiful condition. I tried to portion some out as a gift, but it's just unimpable, and thus I used the resin on the dropper to do this. You can sniff it as is, scrape it onto your skin, put some alcohol in the vial and make a spreadable patchouli single-note, whatever floats your boat. You may get inspired to save your own bottle in a very dark, cool, corner for almost a fifth of a century. It's VERY good.

Not a BPAL. This is a scraping of some patchouli single note I'd been keeping for *at least* fifteen years, probably closer to 18. Essentially a small sample of extremely aged patchouli tar scraped into a ml vial. The patchouli...it's in perfect, unbearably beautiful condition. I tried to portion some out as a gift, but it's just unimpable, and thus I used the resin on the dropper to do this. You can sniff it as is, scrape it onto your skin, put some alcohol in the vial and make a spreadable patchouli single-note, whatever floats your boat. You may get inspired to save your own bottle in a very dark, cool, corner for almost a fifth of a century. It's VERY good.
