(no subject)
I got antibiotics...
I went to health services this morning and the nice doctor (who treated me last fall for Bronchitis) gave me pills!
They are huge green pills that I have to take twice a day. And they have these weird rules to them...like I can't lay down for thirty minutes after taking them. I can't drink or eat dairy products two hours before or after taking them. I can't be in direct sun-light. Poooh.
It's been pretty slow in Carbondale. I mean super slow, during intersession. So slow that I think I open my door and see those clumps of hay blowing downt the street like you do in those western movies. What are they called?
I have a job interview at Fazoli's, wish me luck everyone.
I am also reading A Streetcar Named Desire, which is a wonderful play, and addicting. I kept seeing that play on Kristy's bed the last week of school and thought, "Now, that's something I need to read".
On Saturday I hung out with Shavon for awhile at her house. It was fun. We went to Arby's and on the way there I told her some of my goals for the summer.
1) To exercise
2) To go to a baseball game at Bush Stadium
...there were more goals, but we started talking about going to a baseball game.
Shavon: It'll have to be the 'Cardinals vs. the Cubs'
Me: Yep
Shavon: At Bush Stadium, or we could go to Wrigley.
Me: Naw, I like my Bush.
I guess it was one of those, you had to be there moments for it to be funny.
Shavon and I sat on our asses at her house all day and watched Forrest Gump, and then Jerry Mcguire. And then I got pretty sick and decided to go home for awhile.
That's about all going on.
