I've stopped listening to NPR in the mornings. It was my favorite liberal radio program, but lately everything has been about the Iraq War. This morning there was a report about a man whos' father was kidnapped for ransom. And there have been mass killings. And killings at Baghdad University, as a part of what they call a "Brain Drain" attempt.
I guess truthfully it scares me. Because I think sometimes, that could have been me. What if I were in Baghdad University? A college student just like I am now in the states.
I started running on the treadmill yesterday. It felt great.
