I'm having trouble with Thomas, because he still looks like a baby to me, but Matti is 100% *yowza* man! And I don't even like blondes (well, except Vino of course)
Yes! We can. It's funny. I don't generally like blonde but that Swedish/Norwegian/Danish does something to me. Ok, Matti's not really blond, but close. I just love him when he smiles. Sooooo hot!
Absolutely he is! I have the BIGGEST crush on Matti and I almost fainted when he asked me if I wanted his flowers at PDR, haha. I'm so sad that his year has been such crap and that he probably won't be able to win worlds now either. Total suckage.
I know! That injury is horrible luck :( Poor Matti. I haven't heard -- does he think he'll at least be able to ride in Worlds even if he won't be in great form?
I didn't know he asked if you wanted his flowers! OMG! Did you dry them and put them behind glass???
He's not sure. He doesn't think he has a chance of winning any sort of a medal now though and he's going to the hospital tomorrow to see if his fingers need surgery. That'll determine whether he has any chance at all of riding worlds. As of right now he's in so much pain he can't even sit on his bike. The wounds on his left leg got infected so he's on antibiotics and he's just hurting all over and spends all his time in bed.
he did! And it was magical ;P Haha, no, but I did keep them fresh till the end of the next day which is when I went home. and they lasted a long time. Thinking about it now still makes me smile, haha
Poor Matti! I hadn't heard that he got an infection and needed more surgery. Yikes!
Speaking of pain and sitting on bikes, totally off topic but the Universal Sports guys in the US said that Tom Boonen didn't feel good today because he was having a lot of pain where "his body meets the saddle." You know what kind of fic images that spawned for me!
Haha, Tom was much more open about it. I believe his phrasing was something like "I have a hole between my dick and my ass. But it's okay, it's not the first time it's happened. It just fucking hurts is all." Must be so painful but I couldn't help but laugh at his oversharing.
D is right, Thomas is all grown up and grown up fine at that. As for Matti, hell yes!
You reminded me how much I miss Vino and how I cried when all the bad things happened to him and then I squeed when he said he's back on the bike. I know it's crazy and too much to ask, but I would love to see him back in Giro di Lombardia.
Also, I've been reading about your fun times in Colorado. ;)
Haha! Ok, I'll forgive your love of man-boy since you share my love for Vino and sooo happy we might get to see him again.
And, I left out a crucial part of my night, and possibly the best one in CO. At the restaurant/bar, a little girl, maybe 8 or 9, wearing a Radioshack jersey, asked George H. for his autograph. He did and left the bar soon after. A few minutes later, I see him coming back in with a BMC jersey that he gave to her. How cool is that?
Hey, how about I tell you that I have about as big a crush on Tommy's daddy as I have on man-boy himself. I'm not even kidding. Too much information? *grins*
N'awww! See, this just makes me like George more. He's about the only American rider that I do like (well, him and Tyler Farrar) and stuff like this confirms why.
Yes, I've never disliked George, but I've never been a huge fan. However, this really endeared me to him. That was super sweet since he had to walk through fans wanting his picture 3 more times to give the jersey to her. Super cool!
I don't know, do you? I, for one, have no qualms to perv on both father and son. Bjarne won me over with the way he's treated Alberto and all the support he's given him throughout this past year. Plus, the hands on approach. Literally hands on. Bjarne wubs Alberto and Alberto wubs Bjarne and therefore I heart them both. Perfect fangirl logic, yes?
I'ma have to go all N'awwww again, because that is plain nice. Good and thoughtful guy, George.
