The prompts for the latest round of springkink were just posted at the comm. This time I am going to be realistic about the deadlines, and sign up for no more than 2 or 3 of the prompts. After all, I still have some from the last round to finish. *sighs* So, my questions for all of you

1. N-no. As tempting as some of these prompts are, I still remember last round's fiasco, and since I also signed up for the Bleach BigBang, I really can't take any risks. So I won't sign up in advance - but who knows? Maybe the inspiration will strike and I'll end up writing something anyway ;)

2. That Shuuhei/Yumichika vampire prompt looks all kinds of pretty, and the kitchen implements one is naughtily tantalising :P I also noticed that some of the prompts I had picked up last round and not filled have been re-posted and they still look interesting...

3. Maa, we don't write the same pairings, so there would be no point blackmailing you :D

You are doing the smart thing, especially since you signed up for BigBang. That's incredible: I couldn't even conceive of writing something that long.

This isn't a pairing I normally would consider writing (it's a lovely pairing, I'm just waaay into other ones), but these prompts are total win: the first one fits nicely in my vampire kink, and the second is all sorts of playful fun.

I thought the point of blackmailing someone was to get them to do something they normally wouldn't do? *laughs* Just kidding - you'd be surprised at what my friends list can make me do: I'd never have written Tousen/Shuuhei if cairnsy hadn't prompted for it... come to think of it, that's how my first Kensei/Shuuhei fic came about!

This BigBang is only asking for 15k words. My very first Bleach fic was 22k, the one after that was 43k. My aborted ShuuYumi one was almost at 15k after only 8 chapters (I was planning on 50...) So really, 15k isn't that much for me :P

I wish I had a vampire kink! I find vampires sexy and all, but not enough to be inspired :(

Me, it's SpringKink that got me to write weird stuff :D Tentacle rape, threesome, BDSM... I'm a bit burnt-out on the kinky side though, so it's a nice coincidence that I'll be working on something else this time :P

You say this to someone whose longest fic posted is just over 7K. *g* I'm impressed with people with the focus and stamina needed for longer fic.

It's... kind of the other way around, really :P It's not that I have focus or stamina; it's just that I don't DO short :D My essays in school were always ridiculously long, and if you check my one-sentence fics, you'll see that I use every trick in the book to stuff a whole (couple of) paragraph(s) into a single sentence :D I just can't help it...
