I pray for the people in Louisiana.
Katrina did a hell of a lot of damage here in South Florida for a measly category 1 hurricane. The UM campus is a pale shadow of its former self. Hialeah is in shambles. This weekend has been interesting. On Friday, Godzillafest 2005 began at Adam's house and continued through yesterday. I had a blast! Now, it seems classes are cancelled tomorrow as well. I have mixed feelings about that, honestly.
I went home today to pick up some videogames and exchange the guitar I just bought for a new one...except I realized that I had forgotten my guitar as the metro was pulling into the Palmetto station. Doh!
Now I just want to get back to the dorm and relax....
