101 Things About Me...
You can blame thank garneteve for this... I now bring you more than you ever wanted to know. about me
1. I was born in Nebraska (center of the US for those who don't know).
2. I live in Pennsylvania now (NE part of the US).
3. I have lived in/visited/driven through 28 states.
4. I work in the meat department of a grocery store.
5. I actually like it.
6. I miss working with my best friend, though.
7. I have had four kids.
8. I admire my daughter, who is a very strong-willed and independant person.
9. I was in labor with her (first child) for just under 4 hours.
10 I was in the Army, stationed in Berlin, Germany when she was born.
11. I miss my oldest son, every day.
12. I buried him 8 weeks ago, after a bicycle accident.
13. I still haven't really broken down and cried over him. The grief won't come out.
14. I was in labor with him for about three and a half hours, also in Berlin.
15. I have many regrets about my third child, who died at six months of age.
16. I always wish I had taken those six months off of college to be with him.
17. When people tell me how strong I am for handling it so well, it bothers me. It's not strength but endurance.
18. I never want to bury another child again.
19. My fourth child never fails to lift my heart. He saved my sanity after the third child died.
20. I see alot of my own personality as a child in him.
21. I worry alot about both the two I have left.
22. I'm married to a man who is in prison.
23. I was faithful to him for 18 years.
24. I'm divorcing him because he doesn't believe #23.
25. I went to get tested for STDs yesterday because he was never faithful to me.
26. It hurts that I wasted 18 years on the jerk.
27. I still love him, just not in love with him.
28. I role-play four characters on an RPG.
29. I put alot of myself into all four of the characters. They are all partly me, even the men.
30. I'm pretty short - 63 inches (160 cm).
31. I weigh 121 pounds (almost 55kg).
32. I've lost 15 pounds (~7kg) since February but I haven't been trying to. Stress and meds have caused it.
33. I have ADHD.
34. It's not the hyperactivity I have trouble with, but the distractability.
35. I take Adderall everyday so that I can concentrate and focus.
36. I'm reading the last Harry Potter book out loud to my kids.
37 We are on Chapter 29.
38. I do the voices, including a really good Hermione (if I do say so myself.)
39. I don't want to know what happens until I read it.
40. Snape is my favorite character and I don't believe he is as evil as everyone thinks.
41. I have a thing for Alan Rickman's voice.
42. I have a thing for accents in general, especially British/Irish/Scottish.
43. I like to look at young, hot guys.
44. I prefer older men though.
45. I think reality TV is much stupider than the worst sci fi movie.
46. I like to dance around the living room when listening to music.
47. I sing with the music --whenever, where ever, not only in the car.
48. I play Dance Dance Revolution with the kids.
49. I suck at it. Even the 10 year old can kick my ass.
50. I swear alot in my head, though I rarely do it out loud.
51. The 10 year old can also kick my ass at chess or mancala.
52. I kick most people's asses at Scrabble.
53. I like sudoku, too. the harder, the better.
54. I snickered when I reread the second sentence in #53.
55. One of my favorite movies is Much Ado About Nothing, the one with Kenneth Branaugh and Emma Thompson.
56. Another is Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Ni!
57. My answering machine message (courtesy of the 10 year old) references the Knights Who Say Ni!
58. My drug of choice is caffeine.
59. I drink 30 oz of coffee every morning.
60. In my head, I'm still a teen.
61. I'm a slob... there are clothes all over my room. (THough some of that is my daughter's fault. We share alot of our clothes.)
62. I wear bifocals.
63. I have geek glasses that I wear on the computer.
64. I wish I'd gotten the geek frames for my regular glasses.
65. I hate talking on the phone.
66. I like talking on chat.
67. I 'm actually a terribly insecure person when it comes to feeling like I belong in a group.
68. In my head, I'm still a high school geek.
69. This number makes me think of Bill and Ted, and always makes me giggle.
70. I miss doing yoga.

79. I started writing fanfiction for the XFiles 'verse.

81. I discovered slash with Mulder/Skinner.
82. I wrote Jim/Blair for The Sentinel.
83. I adored Simon more than either Jim or Blair. (see #44 again. and THAT VOICE!)
84. I wrote loads of SG1 fic.
85. Some of it was even het.
86. I wrote a really hot scene for SG1 OT4 but I'll probably never finish the fic it was in.
87. I adore SGA now.
88. I like to pair Rodney with anyone, but especially Ronon.
89. I didn't like Ronon at first. Thought the character was flat, two dimensional.
90. The actor annoyed me too.
91. I think Hewlett and Nykl are just as hot as Mamoa.
92. Flanigan just isn't my type.
93. I sleep on my stomach, mostly.
94. I hate sleeping alone.
95. I tend wake up insanely early, even without an alarm clock.
96. I like to sleep in late, so #95 bugs me.
97. I worry things to death, before I make a decision.
